     CommercePoint simplified Ontario Auxiliary Police unit expense reports.  

Officers at local detachments use CommercePoint e-forms for maintaining monthly expense reports.  Summary reports are generated by detachment officers from the data collected submitted to the Regional Office.

The CommercePoint e-forms has:

  • Simplified the collection of data by the officers
  • Simplified the process of publishing form changes 
  • Simplified the process of collecting, analyzing and summarizing detachment reports.

     Energizer Canada needed help collecting production data from the shop floor and sending it to their SAP manufacturing system. 

CommercePoint developed a shop floor data collection system that allowed production and time information to be collected at the shop floor and then uploaded to the SAP accounting system.  The shop floor system had to be flexible and quickly modifiable to adjust to changes in procedures and practices.

Following the success of the shop floor data collection system an Employee training and skills history organizer was added.  This simplified the process for organizing training programs for employees and the process of searching  and matching  employees to jobs on the shop floor. by shop floor lead hands.
